Symptoms and effects:Ingestion may cause nausea, vomiting, convulsions and unconsciousness
Inhalation:Remove to fresh air. If rapid recovery does not occur, obtain medical
attention.
Skin: Wash with soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation develops or persists
Eye: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.Get medical attention.
Ingestion: Do not delay. Do not induce vomiting. Give water to drink, providing patient is conscious. Obtain medical attention immediately.
Advice to Physicians:Treat symptomatically following cases of gross over exposure, investigation of liver, kidney and eye function may be advisable. Records of such incident should maintain for further references.

Personal Precautions:Avoid contact with skin, eyes clothing. Ventilate contaminated area thoroughly. Do not breathe mists, aerosols. No smoking. Extinguish naked flames. Remove ignition sources. Avoid sparks.
Personal Protection: Wear monogoggles, PVC gloves, gauntlet type disposable one-piece coated overall without integral hood, safety boots-rubber, knee- length. For guidance on respiratory protection see section 8.
Environmental Precautions: Prevent from spreading or entering into drains, drenches or rivers by using sand earth or other appropriate barriers. Inform the local authorities if this cannot be prevented.
Clean up Methods -
Small Spillage: Absorb or contain liquid with sand, earth or spill control material. Shovel up and place in a labeled, sealable container for subsequent safe disposal. Flush contaminated area with plenty of water.
Large Spillage: Transfer to a labeled, sealable container for product recovery or safe disposal. Otherwise treat as for small spillage.

Technical measures:
Working place and methods should be worked out in order to avoid direct contact. Work and storage area should be well ventilated. A closed rinse water system with filtration and reuse of clear water is recommended.
Handling: Do not breathe fumes or vapours from heated product. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin, eyes and clothing.
Handling Temperature Storage: Ambient 60°C Max
Storage Temperature Tank Cleaning: Keep container tightly closed. Tanks must be clean, dry and rust free.
Recommended Materials: Most metals of HMHDPE & steel. Construction are suitable.

Engineering Control Measures: Use only in well ventilated areas. Use local exhaust ventilation.
Hygiene Measures: Launder overall and under garments regulatory. Dispose of
soiled gloves.
Respiratory Protection: If engineering controls do not maintain air borne concentrations to level which is adequate to protect worker health, select respiratory protect equipment suitable for the specific conditions of use and meeting relevant legislation. use appropriate positive pressure breathing apparatus. Where air filtering respirators are suitable select an appropriate combination of mask and filter. Select a filter suitable for combined particulate / organic gases and vapors (boiling point >65°C)
